  • Account information: username, display name, email (used only for account verification purposes if provided), profile photo, bio, and linked accounts (Discord ID, TikTok, YouTube, in-game IGNs for supported servers).
  • Content you create: posts, comments, replies, likes, reactions, and any media you upload.
  • Usage information: pages viewed, features used, interactions, device information (browser, OS, IP address). We sometimes ban IP addresses to help prevent abuse and enforce our rules.
  • Transaction information: purchases of items, tickets, or currency through the integrated shop (if applicable).
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and local storage for authentication, preferences, analytics, and to keep you signed in.

3. Age Requirements and Children's Privacy

The Service is strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 18 without appropriate consent or verification, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as soon as possible.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately using the details below so that we can take appropriate action.

4. How we use your information

We use the information to:

  • Provide and improve the platform, including social features, Grow integrations, shop, and community tools.

  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

5. Legal bases for processing (UK GDPR)

We rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contract: to provide the account and core services you request.
  • Legitimate interests: to improve the platform, ensure security, prevent fraud, and analyse usage (balanced against your rights).
  • Consent: for optional features such as certain marketing communications or specific cookies (you can withdraw at any time).
  • Legal obligation: where we are required to process data by law.

6. Sharing your information

We share information with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, email) under contracts that protect your data.
  • Discord, TikTok, YouTube and other linked platforms when you choose to connect accounts (subject to their privacy policies).

We do not sell your personal data.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers (including Discord) are based outside the UK. We use appropriate safeguards such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses or rely on adequacy regulations where available.

8. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law (e.g. for tax, legal claims, or safety). You can request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal or safety exceptions, such as ongoing moderation records).

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure ("right to be forgotten") in certain circumstances.
  • Object to or restrict processing.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (login, security), performance, and (with consent where required) analytics or personalised features. You can manage cookie preferences on our Cookie Policy page or through your browser settings.
