By accessing or using Ted-Bot Social (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for abuse.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and must not post material that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or otherwise violates these Terms.

The social features of the Service – including the main feed, posts, comments, replies, direct messages, and any community-generated content – have a strict, zero-tolerance content policy. This applies to EVERY user of the social features, whether or not they also use the Portal. The rule is simple and non-negotiable:
NO pornographic, sexually explicit, or extreme gore content is allowed in the social features – 18 or not.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Posting, sharing, or linking such content in social features will result in immediate removal of the content and may lead to temporary or permanent account suspension or ban. There are no exceptions for "art", "jokes", "18+", or any other reason. The social platform is not the place for this type of content.
The Portal and associated game/casino features (available to 18+ users only) may have their own content guidelines for mature or 18+ material in designated areas. Users must still comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. Extreme illegal content (including child exploitation material or real-world illegal activity) is prohibited everywhere on the Service.
Users who only access the social features (and do not use the Portal) are still fully bound by the strict Social Features policy above.
The Service and all content created by us (including design, code, and branding) are owned by Ted-Bot or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission, except for content you own.
Where the Service offers purchases (e.g. items, tickets, or virtual currency), such transactions are subject to our shop rules. All sales are final unless required by law. Virtual items have no real-world value and we may modify or remove them at our discretion.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or community. You may delete your account at any time via the settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
